Fourteen floors of exterior glass and cladding cleaned by rope access.
The block had not had its exterior glass cleaned since handover. Our rope-access technicians worked top-down over four days, cleaning glass, frames and the aluminium cladding, with ground-level cordons managed each morning. All work was carried out under third-party liability cover, with method statements filed with the association before we started.
